Cancellation Policy

No charges if the attendee cancels more than 7 days from the scheduled session. If the attendee cancels within 7 days of the scheduled session, no refund will be given.

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Pegasus Vertex, Inc. (PVI) reserves the right to modify (cancel or re-schedule courses) at its own discretion and will notify attendees of such changes in a timely manner. PVI is not responsible for any fees incurred due to courses being modified (e.g. travel arrangements). Please check with your account rep before purchasing non-refundable flights or lodging. PVI reserves the right to substitute course instructors as necessary.
