In other cases of minor negligence, the manufacturer or installer or Microsoft is not responsible for minor negligence. 4. Other countries. If you purchased the software in another country, contact the Microsoft branch that serves your country (see microsoft.com/worldwide). (iii) The software may contain third-party programs that Microsoft, not the third, you conceded under this contract. Advice, if any, for the third-party program is included only for your information. one. For pre-installed software on a device. For software in general, contact the device manufacturer or installer for support options. Refer to the support number provided by the software. For updates and supplements directly obtained from Microsoft, Microsoft may provide limited support services for licensed software, as stated in support.microsoft.com/common/international.aspx.
If you are requesting a refund, contact the manufacturer or installation program to find out about the refund policies. You must follow these rules and you may need to return the software with the entire device on which the software is installed to get a refund. (i) warranty. The duly licensed software essentially works as described in all Microsoft materials that are attached to the software. However, the manufacturer or installer and Microsoft do not provide a contractual guarantee regarding the licensed software. v) remote assistance. You can use remote support technologies to free up an active session without getting additional licenses for the software. Remote support allows a user to connect directly to another user`s device, usually to solve problems. c. Military appreciation. You must be a "qualified military user" to license a software marked "Military Appreciation" Edition.
To be a qualified military user, you must be in the United States of America an authorized sponsor of Armed Service Exchanges in accordance with the United States.
